Returns, Replacements and Refunds
Theo’s Market maintains that we meet the high-quality standards expected from a premium online store. We assure that items maintain their quality and are handled by the best people as they get sent to you.
On the occasion that you receive an item that match any of the following stipulations, Theo’s Market can have the item processed for review to return, replace or refund via store credits, at our discretion:
Wrong item – The product received does not match what was ordered on the website.
Tampered Item – The product has been tampered with, opened, unsealed, uncorked or similar upon receiving.
Item not safe for consumption – The product arrived spoiled and therefore unsafe to consume.
In the event that you receive an item matching any of the above, kindly course your concern to any of our Support Channels along with the email address used to order and photos of said item

We will work on these concerns only during office business hours from Monday – Friday at 9am to 6pm. Please be patient with us during this time as both us and our suppliers adopt a skeletal workforce.
Expect that the item in question may be arranged for pick up in the event that the producer or supplier requires it.
