Tomme Brulee is made from unpasteurised sheep’s milk from the Basque region in France.  The rind is singed with a flame so that it acquires a distinct appearance and a strong, sweet and smoky flavour.

Tasting notes:

It has a firm texture with a pungent aroma. Smoky, strong, sweet.
