Our smoked salmon know how is a family tradition since the 1930s. Each fish is filleted, trimmed and salted by hand.
Smoking is done traditionally, with no mechanical process. Salmon fillets are hanged vertically to ensure an even smoking.
Ideal as an appetizer, in salads or with pasta or serve our smoked fish with lightly buttered toast or blini with creme fraiche.
To enjoy the full fragrance of the salmon we recommend not using lemon
