Meule de Savoie is from the same family as Gruyere in the Rhone-Alpes region of France. It’s a cooked pressed hard cheese with a maturing period of 10-14 months. Ideal to use in a traditional Fondue Savoyarde.

Tasting notes:

Smooth, firm buttery, fruity and stronger with age.
